How the Application Process Works

✔ Tour the exact apartment you would be moving into
✔ Submit proof of income and identification after your tour
✔ If you choose to move forward, complete your application and pay a $35 application fee
✔ Receive an approval decision within two business days
✔ Finalize your move-in and welcome to Bradford Square Apartments
